Effects on Weight from Diet
From Akil and Ahmad, 2011: We found a significant effect of consumption of low-quality food, due to economic factors, on increased BMI. Besides physical activity, the quality and the quantity of food are important factors that contribute to obesity rates.
Most streams Brad is seen consuming fast food (how he affords this with his current Financial Situation is unknown.) Long term study on Brads diet is unexplored at this point (January 20th, 2022) however a rough extrapolation of his casually observed eating habits would lead to believe that he eats fast food a minimum of ten times per week.
The low quality and high calorie load of these fast food items is a major factor in Brads obesity.
