Bradley's Health is in an incredibly poor state. He has multiple physical disabilities from his birth, which he receives an annuity for, as well as pretty much all the lifestyle diseases associated with being a 21st century American.
Bradley's Hand
Bradley has a physical disability from his birth which limits movement in his hand. For more information please see Crab Claw.
Bradley's Weight

Bradley's Dental Health
Bradley has extensive wear and damage on all of his visible teeth. His maxillary incisors are small worn nubs. His maxillary canines became so damaged that they are now broken after what Brad purports was a few week soda binge.
Bradley's gums are in poor health, appearing darkened and discoloured.
Bradley does not own a toothbrush and has not for 10 years. This suggests that most of the damage to Brad's teeth is a result of long term poor hygiene standards.
Bradley's Lungs
It is possible that Bradley has sustained lung damage resulting in a persistent cough from his multiple exposures to COVID-19. For more information please see The COVID Incident.
Bradley's Lower Back
Bradley seems to suffer from persistent pain and stiffness in his lower back and hips.

Bradley's Headaches
Bradley appears to suffer from chronic headaches, however this has not been officially confirmed by a medical professional. These headaches manifest almost exclusively around periods of time when Bradley is about to play Dota 2, or has been playing Dota 2 for a short amount of time. They rarely ever manifest during 5+ hour sessions of Istaria or Guild Wars 2. Many viewers claim that these headaches are fictitious and used only as an excuse to stop playing Dota 2 and play less interesting games such as Istaria instead. Brad, however, denies this claim.
Bradley's Ear Infection
Bradley has had a persistent ear infection for several years. Bradley often shoves q-tips into his ears multiple times per stream suggesting that there is persistent irritation or pain gone unresolved. Brad keeps a jumbo size box of q-tips for this purpose.
Bradley's Feet & Legs
Bradley's extremely sedentary lifestyle exposes him to increased risks of Deep Vein Thrombosis and pulmonary embolisms.
Bradley sometimes experiences swollen feet after periods of excercise.
