As Brad and Lizzy's relationship deepened, she increasingly stayed at his place to avoid homelessness and distancing herself from frequenting drug dens. However, this arrangement was against the wishes of Brad’s landlord and roommate, Joell Palmer, who had explicitly warned Brad not to allow Lizzy in the house unsupervised. Despite repeated warnings, Brad continued to sneak her in, often having her lie on his bed while he streamed online.

Over time, viewers of Brad’s stream began to notice Lizzy’s presence and tipped off Joell, confirming that Brad was violating house rules. These continued infractions, coupled with Brad’s obstinance and disregard for Joell's boundaries, eventually led to Joell issuing an eviction notice.

Brad spent most of the month leading up to the eviction in denial, convinced that Joell was bluffing. However, in the final days before being forced to leave, reality set in. Brad began desperately pleading for donations during his streams, trying a variety of tactics to convince his community to contribute. Unfortunately, his past behavior had alienated much of his audience, and his efforts were largely in vain.

During a subathon—one of the few events that generated a modest amount of income—Brad was swatted. The resulting bodycam footage showed Brad speaking with police about making suicidal threats on stream, which raised further concern among viewers.

Ultimately, Brad was evicted and left with no option but to live in his Jeep with Lizzy. Despite everything, Joell agreed to hold on to Brad’s belongings while the couple worked delivery gigs like DoorDash and Uber Eats in hopes of saving enough money for rent and a security deposit on a new place.
