Joell Palmer is an Indianapolis resident who served as both Bradley's landlord and friend. Joell was Bradley's landlord for both the Fire house and the Mom's Basement house (with the latter actually belonging to Joell's mother Caroline Palmer). Joell was also responsible for setting Bradley up in the hotel.
