Impossible

From Bradley the Dragon Lore Codex

Impossible is a Brad specific neologism used to describe situations or results that are completely understandable to the average moron but completely incomprehensible to Brad.

Similarities to existing words

A common misunderstanding is that Impossible is the same as the similar word in the English language "Impossible" however the English definition of the word (incapable of being or of occurring) is totally dissimilar to the Brad definition which is purely used to describe possible situations.

Etymology

Impossible has the same Latin roots as the English impossible, possibilis, however unlike the English "Impossible" which has roots in Old French and Middle English the Bradley "Impossible" actually takes it etmological roots from Roman Trade with the Han Chinese.

The Chinese translation at the time was "可能的" meaning possible. Through many generations of inbreeding and mistranslation through Bradley's Chinese ancestors the reversal of the English translation occured, resulting in Impossible actually meaning possible or probable.
